Please note that Parking and Resort fees must be paid at the property on arrival (not included in the rate)
Also, a refundable deposit hold of $250 USD must be paid upon arrival.

Resort fee: USD 40 Per day / per apartment + taxes
For every non-registered guest, it will cost $50 USD daily. (Please register all of the guests before the check-in or send us their names before the arrival date)

Valet parking pricing goes as follows:

1. 1-7 Days: $35+ tax/Day.
2. 8 Days and on $30+ tax/Day.

There's a mandatory damage deposit from the hotel, which it has a cost of $250 USD. After checkout, they will return it to you. This is to compensate for any damage inside the perimeters of the establishment, not the apartment.
