The living room has a large Roku TV mounted on the wall. The kitchen has a sliding glass door to the patio. There are two large bedrooms with king size beds, TVs and a work space.

The guests will have full access to the entire house.

We are living in the area and can be available for assistance if required.

The neighborhood is a mix of young families and retirees. It is a quiet place near Clark road which is the main road. It is the perfect location for getting to the beach, downtown or world class golfing at TPC Prestancia.

The guest can use the bikes in the carport or their own car. Of course Uber is available and there is a city bus stop on Clark Road.
