The house is in a family-oriented neighborhood. Behind the house is a large church and there is an elementary school at the end of the block. There are many restaurants located on the nearby main street.

The carport and driveway can park 3 cars. Of course, Uber is available and there is a city bus stop on Bee Ridge Road.
