“Beautiful 2 bedroom condo brand new only 1 block from the beach and a park. Great communication from the host. Friendly and always responsive to requests or questions. We will be forever grateful that the host let us check in after 6 pm on a Sunday night when we were stranded at the airport without a place to stay. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and walkable. There is a pharmacy, restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. As two women staying alone for a week and walking everywhere, we never had any issues with safety. No need to rent a car. You can take an Uber anywhere you want to go. Condo has a large balcony, smart TV, living room, dining room, full kitchen with oven and dishwasher, 1 queen bed and 1 double bed, Rain head shower in the bathroom. There are air conditioning units in the living room and both bedrooms that keep it very cool inside. It does have stairs so be prepared to carry stuff up and down. The beds are super comfortable.    they arrived. This includes washing dishes and taking out the trash.
8. No pets are allowed on the property without prior permission from the

9. Guests must respect the privacy and personal property of other guests
   on the property.
10. No illegal activities are allowed on the property.
11. No candles or open flames are allowed on the property.
12. Guests must lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
13. No items may be removed from the property without permission from
    the host.
14. Guests must follow any instructions or rules provided by the host or
    property management.
15. Any lost or found items must be reported to the host.
16. Guests must comply with all local laws and regulations.
17. No firearms or other weapons are allowed on the property.
18. The property must be used only for lawful purposes.
19. Guests must turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances when leaving
    the property.
20. No food or drink is allowed in the bedrooms.
21. Guests must not rearrange or move any furniture or fixtures in the
    property.
22. No swimming or sunbathing is allowed on the roof of the property.
23. Guests must immediately report any suspicious activity or persons on
    the property to the host or property management.
24. No smoking is allowed in the common areas or public spaces around the
    building.
25. Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings and valuables.
26. The maximum number of guests allowed in each condo is as stated in
    the listing, and must not be exceeded.
27. All guests must be at least 18 years of age unless accompanied by a
    parent or legal guardian.
28. Any complaints or issues with the property or other guests must be
    reported to the host or property management immediately.
29. Guests need to turn off the air conditioners when they're leaving the
    premises.
30. Guests with pets must clean up after their animals.
