3. No loud noise or music is allowed after 10:00 PM.
4. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
5. No parties or events are allowed on the property without prior permission from the host.
6. Any damages to the property or its contents must be reported to the host immediately.
7. Guests must leave the property in the same condition as it was when they arrived. This includes washing dishes and taking out the trash.
8. No pets are allowed on the property without prior permission from the host.

11. No candles or open flames are allowed on the property.
12. Guests must lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.

16. Guests must comply with all local laws and regulations.
17. No firearms or other weapons are allowed on the property.
18. The property must be used only for lawful purposes.

21. Guests must not rearrange or move any furniture or fixtures in the property.
22. No swimming or sunbathing is allowed on the roof of the property.

26. The maximum number of guests allowed in each condo is as stated in the listing, and must not be exceeded.
