The exclusive neighborhood of Condado is well-connected and easy to navigate. Whether traveling by car, public transportation, or on foot, you'll have no problem getting around during your stay.

If you're driving, there are several parking options available. Many restaurants and shops in Condado offer on-street parking, and several public parking garages are nearby. Just so you know, parking fees may apply, so be sure to check with the individual establishments for more information.

Alternatively, if you prefer not to drive, several public transportation options are available in the area. The San Juan Metrobus and Tren Urbano systems both have stops in Condado, providing easy access to other parts of the city. Additionally, taxis and ride-sharing services are readily available in the area, making it easy to get around without a car.

• Please note that smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in and around the building, as well as the use of candles and open flames. Usage of cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and marijuana will result in a $200 fine.

Noise requests:

• There are quiet hours in the area due to this home being in a residential area. No noise or music is allowed after 10 pm. Parties and events are prohibited without prior permission from the host.

House conduct:

• We ask that guests are respectful of this home and other guests on the property. Guests must leave the property in the same condition as upon arrival. Any damages to the property or its contents must be reported to the host immediately. No food or drinks are allowed in the bedrooms. No items may be removed from the property without the host’s permission. Guests may not rearrange or move furniture or fixtures on the property. Any complaints or issues with the property and/or guests must be reported to the host immediately.

When leaving the premises:

• Please ensure that the home’s windows and doors are locked, and the air conditioners are turned off. Please turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances when leaving the property.

Check-out procedure:

• Upon checking out, we ask that the home is returned to its original state, this includes taking out the trash and washing the dishes.

Personal items:

• Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings and valuables. Any lost or found items must be reported to the host.

Lawful conduct:

• When staying here, the local laws and regulations must be followed at all times. Guests are prohibited from bringing illegal drugs, firearms, and weapons onto the premises, along with conducting illegal activities and behaving unlawfully on the property. Suspicious activities or people on the property are to be reported to the host immediately.

6. Any damages to the property or its contents must be reported to the host immediately.
7. Guests must leave the property in the same condition as it was when they arrived. This includes washing dishes and taking out the trash.
8. No pets are allowed on the property without prior permission from the host.
9. Guests must respect the privacy and personal property of other guests on the property.
10. No illegal activities are allowed on the property.
11. No candles or open flames are allowed on the property.
12. Guests must lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
13. No items may be removed from the property without permission from the host.
14. Guests must follow any instructions or rules provided by the host or property management.
15. Any lost or found items must be reported to the host.
16. Guests must comply with all local laws and regulations.
17. No firearms or other weapons are allowed on the property.
18. The property must be used only for lawful purposes.
19. Guests must turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances when leaving the property.
20. No food or drink is allowed in the bedrooms.
21. Guests must not rearrange or move any furniture or fixtures in the property.
22. No swimming or sunbathing is allowed on the roof of the property.
23. Guests must immediately report any suspicious activity or persons on the property to the host or property management.
24. No smoking is allowed in the common areas or public spaces around the building.
25. Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings and valuables.
26. The maximum number of guests allowed in each condo is as stated in the listing, and must not be exceeded.
27. All guests must be at least 18 years of age unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
28. Any complaints or issues with the property or other guests must be reported to the host or property management immediately.
29. Guests need to turn off the air conditioners when they're leaving the premises.
30. Guests with pets must clean up after their animals.

32. A $250 damage deposit fee is required at reservation, refundable post-check-out given the property passes inspection.
