11. No candles/open flames.
12. Lock all doors/windows when leaving.
13. Don't remove property items.
14. Follow host/management instructions.
15. Report lost/found items.
16. Comply with local laws/regulations.
17. Use property only for lawful purposes.
18. Turn off lights/electronics/appliances when leaving.
19. No food/drink in bedrooms.
20. Do not rearrange/move furniture.
21. No roof swimming/sunbathing.
22. Report suspicious activity/persons immediately.
23. No smoking in common/public areas.
24. Guests are responsible for personal belongings.
25. Observe the maximum occupancy rule.
26. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian.
27. Report complaints/issues immediately.
28. Turn off air conditioners when leaving.
29. Clean up after pets.
30. Smoking Penalty - $200.

A $250 damage deposit fee is required at reservation, refundable post-check-out given the property passes inspection.
