• Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change, so we have a fair and accommodating cancellation policy. Kindly notify us within the specified cancellation period to receive a refund as per your booking details.

• No Party Policy: To maintain a comfortable environment, we have a strict no-party policy. Parties are only permitted with prior written approval from the host.

• Respectful and Quiet Atmosphere: We value our neighbors and the local community, so we request that noise be kept to a minimum, especially after 10 PM. This allows everyone to enjoy a peaceful experience.

• No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home and on the lanai/balcony. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available, and we appreciate proper disposal of cigarette butts.

• Pool Safety: Enjoy our pool and hot tub facilities responsibly. Please supervise children at all times and ensure their safety. We do not have a lifeguard on duty.

• Pet-Friendly: We understand that pets are family too! Well-behaved dogs and cats are welcome. A non-refundable pet fee may apply, and certain rules and restrictions ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests. $150 PET FEE
