The space is a studio apartment, with the living area/bedroom/kitchen all combined into one room. Towards the back of the unit, you will find the closet and bathroom.

Victorian Village is one of the quietest, safest, and most centrally located neighborhoods in town. Covered with a beautiful canopy of old trees and directly adjacent to The Ohio State University, it additionally shares borders with Grandview, the Short North, and Downtown.

• The corners of King Ave/Neil Ave and King Ave/5th Ave are home to a few excellent dining and entertainment options.
• The Bottle Shop has cocktails, cheap drinks, and a large patio.
• Across the street is Juniors Bar & Grille, where you can find incredible food, music, and comedy.
• Katalinas is also a short skip away, which houses some of the best breakfast in town!

There is paid street parking on Neil Avenue. Download the PARK Columbus app to get access. Most of the perpendicular side streets are ONE WAY, so please be mindful of this and don't turn the wrong way against the flow of traffic. Always make sure to park behind the "NO STOPPING ANYTIME -->" signs which you will find a few hundred feet from intersections. Just park before the arrow to make sure you are safe! Some of the streets still have free parking, but in the last few years, the city enacted a "paid parking" system through the PARK Columbus app.
