The house has tons of fun games and activities that everyone can enjoy. Located in the beautiful San Bernardino mountains, this is one of the best places to stay during your vacation to Big Bear Lake!

• The living room in the home has plenty of seating, a Smart TV to binge your favorite shows on, and even a Nintendo 64 to play on while you stay! There are also tons of board games to play as well.
• The kitchen has all the necessary kitchen appliances to make your favorite meal, and a dishwasher to wash your dishes after you are through. There is also one bathroom downstairs as well.

The two guest bedrooms are downstairs.

• The first guest bedroom has a twin bunk bed and a full bed, and the second has a queen bed, a foosball table, and a TV. There is also a half bathroom on the downstairs floor.

The master bedroom in the home is located upstairs and has a pool table, a TV, and a cozy king bed to sleep in. This room also has an attached bathroom.

1. Is there a fireplace in the cabin?

   • Yes, the cabin has a wood-burning fireplace providing a cozy atmosphere to the downstairs living room and another in the spacious upstairs master bedroom providing a romantic setting. Firewood is not provided.

2. Do you provide sheets and blankets?

   • Yes, linens are provided for each bed in the cabin. They are professionally laundered, and beds are made up for you when you arrive.

3. Is there a place to do laundry nearby?

   • Yes, the two closest laundromats are "Clean Jeans Laundromat" and "Wash & Wear"!

4. How many towels should we bring?

   • We provide one bath towel for every provided sleeping spot, i.e. beds for four, four bath towels, plus hand towels. We also provide beach towels for use of the spa. You can wash and/or dry the towels in the laundry if you should need to, or certainly bring extras if you’d like. If the linens we provide are damaged, you will be charged accordingly.

5. Where should I dump my trash?

   • Please take your trash to Big Bear Disposal at 41947 Garstin Rd. If any trash is found outside the designated area or in the home, there is a fee of $20 per bag left behind.

6. Does the cabin have a full kitchen?

   • Yes, the cabin comes with a full kitchen and is equipped with the following supplies: pots, pans, utensils, plates, cups, flatware, and glasses! The cabin has a range & oven, microwave, and refrigerator. The cabin has a drip coffee maker. We ask that you empty the refrigerator when you leave. Please bring any supplies you think that you will need: aluminum foil, plastic wrap, storage containers, coffee filters, dish liquid, etc.

7. Is there parking at the cabins?

   • The cabin has room for three vehicles. There is no parking on the street. It is against city ordinance, and you may be towed.

8. Do you have any games at the cabins?

   • The cabin comes with lots of games to play. There is a Nintendo 64 and lots of board games. The cabin is also in an area that is very close to the Big Bear Village (shops and restaurants), the golf course, the Big Bear Alpine Zoo, and many other sites! We are happy to recommend places as well.

9. Do you have a barbecue grill?

   • Yes, the cabin has a gas grill. Propane is provided.

10. Should we clean the cabin ourselves?

    • The cabin is professionally cleaned after every stay. The cleaning fee that is charged goes directly to the cleaners themselves.

11. What do we do with dishes and soiled linens?

    • The linens, towels, etc. may be left in the bathtub in the bathroom. Dishes, silverware, etc. need to be cleaned, dried and put back into the cabinets. There is a $25 fee for any dishes that the cleaners have to wash and put away.

12. When will I get my security deposit back?

    • Security deposit is handled through Airbnb and is just a hold they place on the card for 48 hours after check out.

13. How do we get keys to the cabin?

    • Once you have checked in at our office, you will receive a code or lockbox with a key to access the house. The key will be returned to the lockbox when you leave.

14. When is check-in and check-out?

    • Check-in is 3:00 p.m. on the first night of your rental, and check-out is 11:00 a.m. on the morning following your last night’s rental. A $50/hour charge will be added to any check-outs after 11 am that is not pre-approved.

15. What if I need to get hold of someone about the cabin?

    • Message us on AirBnb or give us a call. We try to respond immediately to all Airbnb messages.

16. Does the cabin have stairs?

    • Yes, there are a few steps to get into the cabin. There is also a second level so if you want to go upstairs there is a set of stairs to go up to the second level. The main level with bedroom, kitchen and living room, so not necessary to go upstairs unless you want to.

17. Do I need snow tire chains to get to Big Bear?

    • During the winter months, carrying chains on you is almost always required, unless your car is a four-wheel drive. Storms may be unpredictable, and therefore it helps to have them. Additionally, during the winter months, the CHP may stop you to see if you have them and ticket you if you don’t. You can check chain requirements and road conditions at Caltrans. com.
