The home is in downtown Hibbing, Minnesota, close to restaurants, and about 30 miles to the Sax Zim Bog, three hours from the Minneapolis/St. Paul area, 50 miles from Duluth and 40 miles to Giants Ridge Recreation area. Travel insurance is advised with the northern MN winter weather as traveling can be easily disrupted if there is a storm anywhere In the U.S. Our 3-bedroom, 2-bath home comes equipped with the following amenities: *3 Queen Beds , *2 Full Baths (1 upper/ 1 lower level) -the lower level bath is best used as a tub as the shower rod is curved but you can also use as a shower. *Fully equipped Kitchen with updated appliances (along with pots/pans/dishes) Keurig machine, air fryer, crockpot, toaster, spices and the necessities to cook up a home-cooked meal. The washing machine is not a listed amenity and is not available to use. The dryer is ok to use. *Hardwood floors throughout main and upper levels; *Outdoor Deck along with dining table and seating and front patio with 2 chairs. *110 volt outlets in the garage for car or ebikes; *6 Smart TVs (Roku and Amazon fire tvs) with the ability to access your favorite stream apps. There are many apps already signed on to and available to watch. TVs are in each bedroom, kitchen, living room & sun room. *Included are board games, cards, a record player, and books for your use. *Detached Garage that can fit 1 larger vehicle such as a truck or 2 small vehicles and bicycles.
