We would like to inform you that the rooftop pool is exclusively reserved for the use of our apartment owners. As a result, guests are not permitted to use the rooftop pool facilities. However, you may still enjoy the outdoor pool for guests.

The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if your preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65-75F. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.

Unfortunately, we can’t offer a bag drop-off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.

I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away it will be returned to sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package you will physically be there to receive it as I will not be able to track it for you.
