And with Boca Raton, West Palm Beach, and Fort Lauderdale just minutes away, you'll have the best of everything at your fingertips. But you may not even want to leave the neighborhood with all the chic shops and mouth-watering restaurants within walking distance.

• Oversized Saltwater Pool with cooling and heating. No heating fee up to 85 degrees.
• Beach essentials provided, like chairs, towels, bag, umbrella, sand toys, wagon, and one (1) cruiser bike.
• Approx. 1160 ft² / 107 m² of space

• Home allows small dogs (only). Fee is $50 per dog a night. 15-20lbs limit unless it's a service dog. Please inquire before sending your booking request.

• Guests will have free access to 2 beach cruiser bicycles – Lock provided
• Full sets of hotel quality sheets, duvets for the beds and plenty of luxurious towels and make up cloths for make up removal
• Washer and dryer for guests to use
• The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, counter ice maker, Keurig 2 in 1 Coffee pot and K cup machine.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER: Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide replenishment for the remainder of their stay.

Guests will have access to the entire home, garage, pool, BBQ grill and beach essentials. The garage provides a home for the toys so please park in the driveway. Make yourself at home.

Guests can use the bike at their own risk.

This home is so Smart. Ask it things like: Turn on the pool lights or turn on the back porch lights or turn all lights on or off. Say, “Alexa, play early morning chill music.” Or “Alexa, turn all lights off.” Or “Alexa, turn thermostat to 77”

Just south of Boca Raton, the city of Deerfield Beach brims with charm on both land and water. With incredible biodiversity and the only wakeboard and waterski resort in South Florida, Deerfield Beach offers endless ways to enjoy the sunshine, while community events like the Wine and Food Festival help cultivate friendships among neighbors.

Most errands can be accomplished on foot. Car sharing is also available from RelayRides.

• The pool is kept at 82 to 83 degrees all year long. Upon request, we can lower it. Please inquire as we can do so for an additional fee if you'd like to set a higher temperature. There is no fee up to 85 degrees
• Unfortunately, we can’t offer bag drop off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, can use the Bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
• The property does have both heating and A/C with a capable cooling range between 65 and 78 degrees Fahrenheit. Anything setting cooler than this range would not only be too cold but could also over burden the system and could cause malfunctions. No guarantees outside the recommended operating range.
• NOTE: The pool is only 5 ft deep and SHALLOW. Please NO DIVING.
• Please keep an adult responsible for watching children around the pool when children are present. We have pool ALARMS on windows and doors that provide access to the pool. If you have young children, make sure pool alarms are operating with batteries engaged.
• Our pool maintenance service ensures your pool is clean every Monday. In addition, between scheduled pool services, we've provided your space with a pool net for clearing any stray vegetation and an electric pool vacuum for thorough cleaning.
• I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away it will be returned to sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package you will physically be there to receive it as I will not be able to track it for you.
