It has a pool, gym, and bar, all in a great building near the beach!! The beach service is free but it's a limited service, so the rule is "first come, first served". Please reserve the beach service very early. We also have chairs in the apartment.

Comfortable and big, with all kitchen cookware, free wifi, TVs, hairdryer, and washer/dryer.

Parking and resort fees are not included on the reservation and will have to be paid at check-in.

Parking:

• Valet 1-7 nights $28 + tax
• Valet 8-14 nights $25 + tax
• Valet 15-21 nights $20 + tax
• Valet + 21 day $15 + tax
• Late Check out After 12noon
  • 1 hour $8 + tax
  • Max $28 + Tax Day

Resort fee:

• $30 per day for stays of 1–6 days
• $25 per day for stays of 7–15 days
• $20 per day for stays of 15–29 days
• $300 per month for stays of 30 days.
• Stays exceeding 30 days are charged $300 + $10 per additional day

Note:

• No pets are allowed in the unit.
• Early check-in and late check-out, if available, can be arranged at extra cost.
• Check-in time is from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
