• Welcome to Zen Den! This charming West Indies-style cottage is unique by design as it wraps around one of the most stunning private courtyards in Rosemary Beach. This private poolside paradise provides non-stop entertainment and fun for your entire party. It is located just north of Rosemarys Town Square on W Kingston Rd, keeping you near the action but away in the evenings for total Zen in this den.

• Surrounded by custom-laid natural stone pavers and a large wraparound deck, non-swimmers have plenty of places to lounge with outdoor sofas, chaise lounges, and two outdoor dining sets. • Damage Insurance Policy 12.00 per night, will be added to the reservation if not included in the platform calculation. Additional charge may be required.

• Cancellations Upon booking completion you are accepting these terms and agreements as provided within this platform.

• **Please note we do not include bikes, beach gear, beach chairs, floats, towels, toys, cabanas, coolers, etc., although we can provide information to our preferred vendors for each if requested.

• **Hurricane Policy - It is highly recommended guests purchase trip insurance as a travel precaution for protecting their vacation investment. Refunds are only given in the event of a mandatory evacuation as issued by county leaders. The nights affected will be the only nights refunded less processing fees up to 10%. We are not responsible for the weather, so please have necessary precautions in place.

• **Amenity Use - In the event of mechanical failure or acts of God no refunds will be issued if amenities on-premises are not available for guest use as advertised. Repairs will be made as promptly as possible with local vendors.

1. Private Pool with a sun shelf and waterfall. Heated to 70 in months Nov-April. It cannot be heated from May to Sept because of chemical loss, average temperature is 85 naturally in summer.

4. Custom designed wood-burning fireplace in porch. Guests can purchase firewood at local grocery stores.

6. Outdoor smart tv in covered lanai to watch all the sports while enjoying the evening grilling or by fire.
7. Covered outdoor dining area under the veranda.
8. Free High-Speed internet with mesh service to connect all through the house and the pool courtyard.
9. Poolside full bathroom with hot water shower for convenience.
10. 12 Pool towels provided for house use only.
11. Wraparound covered porch off the house living room exit to pool courtyard with more luxurious Potterybarn patio furniture for relaxing.
12. 2 Master King suites featuring memory foam pillows, multiple layers of bedding for desired sleeping comfort, and full private bathrooms.
13. 2 Guest King rooms both with custom-designed sky lofts each featuring two twin XL's s and flatscreen in each.
14. Open concept living room, dining area, and kitchen for the ultimate entertainment experience. High-end stainless kitchen appliances along with a fully outfitted kitchen will offer any experienced chef everything needed for a gourmet meal.

• Reserving the Zen Den for your Gulf Coast Getaway will grant access to the four community pools in Rosemary Beach. It also will give you access to the private gated community beach walkovers that ensure beach space for all exclusive Rosemary Beach guests! In addition, there are many other unique features in the community only to be discovered by strolling through the boardwalks and meandering the streets.

• Cabana Pool: 2 Min walk, 1 min bike ride: Featuring a family-friendly Mediterranean design with private dressing rooms designed to replicate cabanas. There is a section of sun loungers, a children's pool, and a poolside park for kids to enjoy. Hours of operation 9 am-9 pm. (subject to change per RB POA)

• Sky Pool: 5 Min walk, 2 min bike ride: The only year-round pool in Rosemary that, depending on the season, can be enclosed or open to the elements. Heated during the winter, it also offers radiant flooring for added comfort to swimmers in colder weather. There are three lap-style lanes and wall side benches for taking a load off. Open daily from 6am-10pm, Adult Hours 6am-9am, 8pm-10pm. (Subject to change per RB POA)

• Barbados Pool: 5 min walk, 3-minute bike ride: Just south of 30a (on the same west side of Rosemary Zen Den is located) sits a remarkably designed French West Indies style pool. Authentically replicated in true form by Barbados architect Douglas Luke the pool features grand elements such as copper roof and oversized pass-throughs with water elements to accent. • Coquina Pool: 8 min walk, 4 min bike ride: Lounge and relax at the most exotic tropical island oasis on the south side of Rosemary Beach. The prominent sounds of water spilling over the negative edge pool will provide much-needed peace and relaxation upon entering this architectural masterpiece. Two enormous Pindo palms frame the changing rooms available to guests. The entire pool is one depth and the closest to the Gulf of Mexico of all four community pools.
