This private poolside paradise provides non-stop entertainment and fun for your entire party. It is located just north of Rosemarys Town Square on W Kingston Rd, keeping you near the action but away in the evenings for total Zen in this den.

Surrounded by custom-laid natural stone pavers and a large wraparound deck, non-swimmers have plenty of places to lounge with outdoor sofas, chaise lounges, and two outdoor dining sets.

• **Please note we do not include bikes, beach gear, beach chairs, floats, towels, toys, cabanas, coolers, etc., although we can provide information to our preferred vendors for each if requested.

• **Hurricane Policy - It is highly recommended guests purchase trip insurance as a travel precaution for protecting their vacation investment. Refunds are only given in the event of a mandatory evacuation as issued by county leaders. The nights affected will be the only nights refunded.

• **Amenity Use - In the event of mechanical failure or acts of God no refunds will be issued if amenities on-premises are not available for guest use as advertised. Repairs will be made as promptly as possible with local vendors.

6. Covered outdoor dining area under the veranda.
7. Free High-Speed internet with mesh service to connect all through the house and the pool courtyard.
8. Poolside full bathroom with hot water shower for convenience.
9. 12 Pool towels provided for house use only.
10. Wraparound covered porch off the house living room exit to pool courtyard with more luxurious Potterybarn patio furniture for relaxing.
11. 2 Master King suites featuring memory foam pillows, multiple layers of bedding for desired sleeping comfort, and full private bathrooms.
12. 2 Guest King rooms both with custom-designed sky lofts each featuring two twin XL's s and flatscreen in each.
13. Open concept living room, dining area, and kitchen for the ultimate entertainment experience. High-end stainless kitchen appliances along with a fully outfitted kitchen will offer any experienced chef everything needed for a gourmet meal.

• Reserving the Zen Den for your Gulf Coast Getaway will grant access to the four community pools in Rosemary Beach. It also will give you access to the private gated community beach walkovers that ensure beach space for all exclusive Rosemary Beach guests! In addition, there are many other unique features in the community only to be discovered by strolling through the boardwalks and meandering the streets.

• History of Rosemary Beach:
  Founded in 1995 by the Rosemary Beach Land Company, the vision of the 107-acre community was a combination of new urbanism, which was exploding, coupled with the traditional design of a walkable neighborhood. The inspiration for planning came from the notions of community charm, knowing thy neighbor and pure convenience in a local market, proximity to the beach, or quickly grabbing a bite out. • The Zen Den has parking for two vehicles and that is where they will stay most of your trip! Walk or Bike throughout quaint streets to restaurants, shopping and most importantly, the Gulf of Mexico!

• Driveway can accommodate up to two vehicles, all others will be street side parking which is a first come first serve basis.
