  • The unit has been renovated and is set up as a throw back to the 50's and quintessential Daytona beach vibe.

  • The unit gets one parking spot, there is some additional parking that is first come first served.
  • Pets allowed IF they get along with others only (pet fee applies). Pet fee must be paid in advance and disclosed.
  • Sneaking in pets without paying pet fee will result in eviction and loss of funds.
  • Smoking in unit absolutely not allowed.
  • We have smoke detectors specifically made for cigarettes and marijuana smoke installed in the rooms that alert if smoking happens.
