The Pineapple Shores Motel is close to everything.

There are two buildings, one renovated and one under construction.

The motel is offering discounted rates during this time.

Construction will be happening on the property, but not in the units/buildings.

Pets are allowed if they get along with others (pet fee applies).

Smoking is not allowed in the units.

The motel has a retro feel with modern amenities.

Guests will receive a unique access code for their stay.

An email address is required to receive the code.

Daytona is a great beach town with lots to do.

It is recommended to have a car or other mode of transport to explore the town.

No smoking inside the room or near the room with the door or window open.

Any indication of smoking inside the room will result in eviction and forfeiture of the security deposit.

A credit card is required on file with Salty Dog Vacations.

A $200 security hold will be placed on the card during the stay.

Debit cards may see a pending charge until a few days after check out.

There is a pet fee of $25 per pet per day, maximum of 2 pets.

Staff will contact guests to arrange payment of the pet fee.

A picture of the pet is requested for identification purposes.

The Damage Waiver covers theft or direct damage to the property.

The waiver limit is $2,500.

The waiver does not cover damages from acts of God, prior damage, theft without a valid police report, loss of use, infestation, damage to a motorized vehicle, fine art or collectibles, or property owned by the renter.

The waiver will not cover costs associated with odor, debris removal, landscaping, maintenance, or mechanical breakdown.

Waivo has the authority to determine damages and eligibility for the waiver.

The waiver is only effective for a one-time stay of up to 90 days.

Damage must be reported within 14 days of departure.

Waivo will not respond to damage or theft under $50.

Mediation is required before filing litigation.

Parties waive the right to a jury trial.

"You" refers to the renter and includes their spouse, children, and invited guests.
