This one-bedroom condo is spacious with 1 queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, and a separate living room with a queen sofa bed and fully stocked kitchenette.

Building amenities include a conference center, sauna, workout facility, and is located across the street from grocery, shopping, and dining.

Indoor pool and one outdoor pool, tiki bar, and beach access from the pool deck are closed due to hurricane damage with no reopening date at this time (1/7/2025).

Parking garage is closed, so parking will either be in the lot at the building or in a contracted lot on A1A.

Prices have been discounted to reflect the current status of the building. No further discounts or refunds will be given due to the lack of amenities, condition of the building, and parking situation. The management cannot be held responsible if lots get full.

The building will be undergoing balcony construction work starting June 5, 2023. Jackhammering will be heard throughout the resort as the contractor works from 8 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday. Work on weekends/holidays is not expected at this time, and rain or high winds may cause delays.

Located directly oceanfront on the famous A1A, known as the beachfront avenue. Guests can walk across to dining and shopping in this tourist beach town.

A car, truck, jeep, or motorcycle is recommended for getting around, with bikes being a fun option when the beach is at low tide. Driving on the beach in Daytona is possible with a beach pass, offering a unique experience of coasting on the coast.
