Nest central AC/heat. With Ring Camera system and keyless eatery. This unit is a 5-7 min drive to Winchester Hospital. We have one long-term tenant who lives on-site and has a dog. Molly (dog) sleeps most days.

The bus station is a one-block walk from the house. You can access I-93 and I-95 from the house within 2-5min

We are 15 min to Boston Downtown, and 7 min to Burlington tech plaza, Stoneham Zoo, and Stoneham Reservoir.
