You will love this huge apartment in a luxury high rise facing the bay in the middle of Brickell. The unit is spacious enough for 4 people.

In some cases we can accommodate special check in/ check out times.

The master bedroom has private access to the bathroom and laptop area.

The living room is spacious enough to comfortably open the sofa bed, and a CordaRoy queen-sized sofa bed if needed. Full dining table with six seats and a huge balcony with hammocks to spend moments you will never forget.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils you may need. Additionally, we provide coffee, tea, sugar, oil and more.

One assigned parking spot included

All building amenities like pools, hot tub, gym, game room, and kids' playground are open and available to Airbnb guests. Pool/Jacuzzi are both open from 7am and closes at 6pm.

We provide 6 bath towels for the apartment. You are free to use the laundry facilities on the 14th floor or we can provide extra set for $10 per towel.

One assigned parking spot. Please note that although there is one parking spot, parking garage is advised for Small SUVs and Sedans, anything larger than that may be difficult to get around.

We are always available through phone, email, or in person if you have questions or need anything.

Please note that for one night stays there is an extra charge of USD 50 to register you at the front desk. For all other stays we cover this charge so it is complimentary for you.

The building requires that we both sign and submit a short term lease form to register our guests, this form states the dates of your arrival and departure, name of the leas traveler, and that the guests will follow the building rules

The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65 - 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.

I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away it will be returned to sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package you will physically be there to receive it as I will not be able to track it for you.
