Welcome to my 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo with free parking in Downtown Los Angeles. This is one of the few Airbnb friendly buildings in Los Angeles. As a hotel, we have a small registration process that guests need to fill out. Perfect for the solo traveler, couples, groups, families and those in town for business.

  • Please note, that you and any other guests over the age of 18, MUST provide a photo of a Government Issued ID AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE DAY OF CHECK-IN, so that we can register you all with our doormen.

  • Our doormen will verify all guests IDs, the day of check-in. Feel free to send upon booking is confirmed, or we will send a reminder TWO DAYS BEFORE the check-in date.

  • NO VISITORS will be allowed. Therefore, please make sure you send any and all IDs PRIOR to your check-in date. Failure to do so 24 hours before the check-in date, will result to your reservation being cancelled with NO REFUNDS due to breaking of Building rules.

  • The guest will have access to the entire unit as well as the amenities: pool, gym, etc.

Located in the famous Downtown Los Angeles. 6 blocks away from the Staples center and convention center. 6 blocks away LA Live and Microsoft Theater. CVS is across the street for any of your needs. 3 blocks away from a large grocery store (Ralphs). 6 blocks away from the nearest metro, making it easy to get to Santa Monica beach, Universal studios and Pasadena without having to drive.

6 blocks away from the 7th and metro station. From here you can get to almost anywhere in the City without worrying about parking. 2 blocks away from express bus to Venice Beach and Long Beach. Also, you can use Uber, Lyft or even the electric scooters to get around.

  • There is a convenience store and a CVS that are available on the block.

  • No marijuana or cigarette smoking allowed. It smell sticks to the apartment and makes it very difficult to rent out the next day. Also, neighbours can smell and a fine will be levied.

  • Please note that this is a residential building and not a hotel. Please, strictly no business activity allowed inside the building or unit (music video, paint/art selling, business meetings etc.)

  • My building requires all guests to provide a copy of a photo ID upon booking or at least 24 hours prior to check-in time in order to be registered at the property. Please also bring a physical ID that is required to show upon arrival to check in the building. Security wont accept a regular photo and that ID also needs to be clear.

  • There will be no unregistered guests that will be accepted in the building during check-in following the contract for Airbnb rentals in this family-owned building.

  • The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65-75F. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.

  • I kindly ask guests to avoid using professional cameras for photos or videos, as it goes against the HOA rules. Feel free to use your phone for capturing memories instead. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancel your reservation more than 30 days before arrival and you'll get a full refund. Cancel your reservation more than 14 days before arrival and you'll get a refund of 50%. If you cancel after that, you won't get a refund.
