We provide 6 bath towels for the apartment. You are free to use the laundry facilities on the 14th floor or we can provide an extra set for $10 per towel.

All building amenities like pools, hot tubs, gym, game room, and kids' playgrounds are open and available to Airbnb guests. The pool/Jacuzzi are both open from 7 am and close at 6 pm.

Please note that although there is one parking spot. Parking garage is advised for Small SUVs and Sedans, anything larger than that may be difficult to get around.

I have someone managing the place for me who will be available as needed.

American Airlines Arena is 1.7 miles from the apartment, while Vizcaya Museum is 2 miles from the property. The nearest airport is Miami International Airport, 8 miles from The Club at Brickell.

Brickell train station is only an 8-minute walk away from the place

The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65 - 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, given the nature of short-term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately, some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.

There are security cameras in the common area of the building that record at all times. These are solely in control of building management and the host has no authority over them.

I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away it will be returned to sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package you will physically be there to receive it as I will not be able to track it for you.
