Very complete common areas: pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, game room, playroom for kids, and meeting rooms. Plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance.

The living room includes a sofa that comfortably sleeps one (1) person.

All building amenities like pools, hot tub, gym, game rooms, and kids' playgrounds are open and available to Airbnb guests. The pool/Jacuzzi are both open from 7 am and close at 6 pm.

We provide 6 bath towels for the apartment. You are free to use the laundry facilities on the 14th floor or we can provide an extra set for $10 per towel.

Private one-bedroom apartment with private parking included. Please note that although there is one parking spot. Parking garage is advised for Small SUVs and Sedans, anything larger than that may be difficult to get around.

Brickell is one of the hottest neighborhoods in Miami. This cool downtown is full of offices, restaurants, bars and new retail stores within walking distance. When staying in Brickell you are close to everything: Key Biscayne, Coral Gables, South Beach, Wynwood, Design district, and even the airport are all a short drive away.

Personal car, UBER, Lift, or even public transportation. The building has easy access to the Miami Metrorail at the Brickell Station, as it is located within walking distance of the Financial District Metromover station.

Amazing Common areas: 24 hour Front Desk and Security, Fitness Center, Steam Room, Pool/Spa, Lap Pool, Games and Activity Room, Kids room, Social Room, Study Room, Massage Room, Complimentary Wireless Internet. Close to restaurants, stores and shops!!

Other things to note: Brickell has become the best place to stay in Miami. It is only 20 minutes away from every major place of interest. From Brickell you can walk to shops, stores, restaurants and also jog along the bay! It’s simply a central spot to get the most out of your visit to beautiful Miami!!!

Additional Rules: Guests must get approved by the condo association. They need to fill out an application together with a government issued id. Process takes 24 hours and costs $50 dollars (included in the fee).

Coronavirus: The Condominium is only accepting first responders which are: Displaced residents or visitors, Persons unable to return their home due to COVID-19 impacts on travel, Healthcare professionals, First responders, National Guard members, Law enforcement, State or federal government employees, Airline crewmembers, Patients' families, Journalists, Others responding to COVID-19, Persons who must vacate their homes due to exigent circumstances, such as fire or flood, Persons utilizing hotels as transitional living arrangements, Persons sheltering in hotels due to domestic violence, Hotel employees, service providers, and contractors, Individuals who, for any reason, are temporarily unable to reside in their home.

The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65 - 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.

I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away it will be returned to sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package you will physically be there to receive it as I will not be able to track it for you.
