Additional Rules

• Guests must get approved by the condo association. They need to fill out an application together with a government issued id. Process takes 24 hours and costs $50 dollars (included in the fee).

• The Condominium is only accepting first responders which are:
  • Displaced residents or visitors
  • Persons unable to return their home due to COVID-19 impacts on travel
  • Healthcare professionals
  • First responders
  • National Guard members
  • Law enforcement
  • State or federal government employees
  • Airline crewmembers
  • Patients' families
  • Journalists
  • Others responding to COVID-19
  • Persons who must vacate their homes due to exigent circumstances, such as fire or flood
  • Persons utilizing hotels as transitional living arrangements
  • Persons sheltering in hotels due to domestic violence
  • Hotel employees, service providers, and contractors
  • Individuals who, for any reason, are temporarily unable to reside in their home

The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65 - 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.

I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away it will be returned to sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package you will physically be there to receive it as I will not be able to track it for you.

We provide 6 bath towels for the apartment. You are free to use the laundry facilities on the 14th floor or we can provide extra set for $10 per towel.
