Please note that there is no ensuite washer and dryer. PAID washer and dryer are located on the 14th floor and are for a fee.

• All building amenities like pools, hot tub, gym, game room, and kids' playground are open and available to Airbnb guests. Pool/Jacuzzi are both open from 7am and closes at 6pm.

• We provide 6 bath towels for the apartment. You are free to use the laundry facilities on the 14th floor or we can provide extra set for $10 per towel.

• Please note that although there is one parking spot. Parking garage is advised for Small SUVs and Sedans, anything larger than that may be difficult to get around.

Brickell is the city's financial center, where glittering business towers and luxury condos tower over Biscayne Bay. Rooftop bars and surf 'n' turf grills cater to the banking and business crowd, while the art galleries and fashionable boutiques in the Brickell City Centre attract chic locals. The Brickell Avenue Bridge spans the Miami River and has views of the waterfront Miami Circle park and archaeological site.

Free trolley, free mover and metro rail are just walking distance.

• IMPORTANT NOTE: Please know that Air-conditioning unit is set to 72 and the unit should stay cool if the balcony door remains closed :)

• Please note that for one night stays there is an extra charge of USD 50 to register you at the front desk. For all other stays we cover this charge so it is complimentary for you.

• The building requires that we both sign and submit a short term lease form to register our guests, this form states the dates of your arrival and departure, name of the leas traveller, and that the guests will follow the building rules

• The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65 - 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.

• I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away it will be returned to sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package you will physically be there to receive it as I will not be able to track it for you.
