• PARKING GARAGE CLOSED SO PARKING WILL EITHER BE IN LOT AT BUILDING OR IN CONTRACTED LOT ON A1A. PLEASE SEE PICS OF PARKING DIAGRAM IN LISTING.
• Prices have been discounted to reflect the current status of the building and parking.
• NO FURTHER DISCOUNTS OR REFUNDS will be given due to lack of amenities, condition of building, and parking situation.

You will want a car, truck, jeep, or motorcycle to get around. Bikes are fun too when the beach is at low tide! You can drive on the beach in Daytona tide permitting so grab a beach pass and see how fun it is to coast on the coast!
