The living room has dramatic vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace; they just installed hardwood floors to replace the carpet in the main living area downstairs. The living room, dining, and kitchen areas, a half bath, and the main bedroom with an ensuite bath are on the main level of this home. The upper level has three additional bedrooms, a bathroom, and a dedicated workspace. The garage and parking are at the rear of the house, with an entrance via the alley.

(The neighborhood HOA prefers guests park at the back of the house, but if you park in front, please park in front of this house, not the neighbors.
