• Dog-Friendly Property: We welcome up to 2 well-behaved, mature dogs with a non-refundable fee of $150 per dog. Dogs must be crated when left unattended.

• Parking: Accommodates up to 3 small to mid-size vehicles. AWD or 4WD is required during winter months.
• Stairs: 15 steps from the parking area to the house.
• Deposit Policy: A 50% refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and must be paid within 24 hours of the reservation to secure your stay.
• Check-In: 4:00 pm | Check-Out: 11:00 am

Cancellation Policy:

• Full Refund: 14 days or more before arrival.
• 50% Refund: 8-14 days before arrival.
• No Refund: 1-7 days before arrival (exceptions for documented medical emergencies).
