The property is within walking distance to Wynwood, shopping malls, top-rated restaurants, and legendary landmarks.

Green Villa I is curated with plenty of energy! You'll enjoy a full-set kitchen with all utensils & amenities for a comfortable stay. Our stunning patio will lead you to have a great time and enjoy yourself with friends and family, relaxing or having fun. Our amazing backyard provides egg chairs, an outdoor couch, a BBQ grill, a dining table, and a full laundry room.

On GV1 are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

Green Villa I can comfortably accommodate 8 to 10 people.

The entire property will be exclusively yours for private enjoyment! Property parking is available and gated (1 vehicle). Also, free parking is available on the property street. :)
