Inside, the bright, open kitchen is made for gathering, featuring stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a spacious center island—perfect for summer cookouts, fall feasts, or warming up après-ski. Dine indoors or step outside to the covered stone patio, ideal for fresh-air meals rain or shine. After a day of exploring, unwind in the cozy living room with built-in shelving and a TV ready for streaming movie nights.

The first floor includes a convenient mudroom entry (hello, boots and skis), a laundry room with half bath, and a private bedroom en suite—perfect for guests seeking easy, single-level living. Upstairs, the spacious primary suite offers a wall of windows, two closets, and a private full bath. Two additional bedrooms and a second full bath—with a Jacuzzi tub and large shower—provide plenty of comfort for family and friends.

Guests have full access to the home with the exception of a few locked closets for supplies.

Cloud Crowd is located just outside the bucolic hamlet of Bloomville. Rolling hills provide the back drop for cows grazing in meadows. Popular restaurant Table on Ten, featured in magazines such as Conde' Nast and Vogue, is minutes away. Nearby towns offer additional restaurant choices, most offering local seasonal ingredients. Hiking and biking area is available at the Catskill Scenic Trail and farther away at numerous parks. Delaware County is four season vacation destination. Only a few hours from NYC brings you directly into the heart of the Catskills.

A vehicle is needed while visiting the area. Unfortunately there is no Uber but ask the Vacation Rental Host if you need local transportation and recommendations may be made.

Check-In and Check-Out: Plan your travel on our listed 4PM arrival and 11AM departure times. Changes in times may be available for an additional fee if possible. Please give at least 24 hours notice for requests, last minute requests may not be possible as cleaning and service schedules are planned in advance.

Guests are provided with a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, soap, shampoo, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, laundry soap, propane, cleaning supplies. When the provided supply is gone guests should purchase what they need for the remainder of their stay.

The maximum number of guests in the house is 8 which includes children and infants. For your safety and comfort do not exceed the number of guests allowed in the home.

We are dog friendly but there is an additional fee of $200 per reservation for pets. One dog max.

The house is in an area with no cell service. Turn on Wifi Calling from your cell phone settings to make and receive phone calls.
For a smooth arrival, make sure to write down arrival instructions before traveling so you have the address, door code, WiFi and contact information.

Snow is likely October - April. Check the weather for this area and plan your travel accordingly. Snow plow service stops between 8PM and 5AM on secondary roads. If you are unfamiliar with driving in the snow, particularly on hills, search online for tips.

Non-Refundable Reservations:
Some reservations are non-refundable because the guest selected the discounted non-refundable rate at checkout, or because the booking was made close to the arrival date and falls within Airbnb’s non-refundable window. After Airbnb’s standard 24-hour grace period (if applicable), no cancellations, changes, or refunds will be issued for any reason.
