Our Big Bear cabin has everything you will expect for a local getaway and MUCH MORE! If you love outdoor adventures, this private cabin close to hiking and biking is the perfect base for your getaway. Just minutes from Big Bear Lake attractions, you'll have easy access to shopping, dining, historical sightseeing, and entertainment. The cabin is surrounded by nature and is well-equipped for your comfort. You must be 21+ to book this property. The max cars allowed is 3 cars. No street parking.

  The cabin offers 2 bedrooms downstairs and a loft! The loft area has 4 kids beds that stack up when in need for more room. Both bedrooms downstairs offer Queen beds, perfect for winding down after a long day of adventure!

  The cabin has 1.5 bathrooms, one located upstairs in the loft. The full bathroom downstairs is sparkling clean and offers all the conveniences of home.

  The cabin’s fully-equipped kitchen is outfitted with appliances for your meal preparation pleasure. There’s a coffee maker for your early morning fix. You’ll find cookware, dishes, and utensils to prepare light snacks, cook or bake, and dine together. Ease into the living room with its fireplace that creates the cozy, nostalgic atmosphere you didn’t even know you were looking for! Kick back and relax on the comfy sofa.

Rules:

• There are NO pets allowed on this property. Owners do have pets so the house may have hair/dander present even after cleaning (for people with extreme pet allergies)
• 24/7 recorded audio and video on the premises to make sure the home is secure.
• NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND (Cigarettes, Vape, or marijuana) anywhere on the property. Please head off property to smoke picking up any cigarette butts you may have.

Parking & Snow Chain Requirements:
We have ample parking spaces with the gates open so please pull in off the street. Street parking is not allowed whatsoever. During winter months (November-April) all vehicles, including 4x4 must always carry tire chains. Check local conditions before you travel and verify if chains will be required to drive.
