Head out and wander through the nearby market and pick up local ingredients to later craft a meal in the fully stocked kitchen. Guests will enjoy private bedrooms as well as living areas. It is also near to some of the most famous trails in SLC. You will definitely enjoy your stay. It's a home-away-from-home experience!

The space

• This unit is close to main attractions, such as skiing, downtown, and the airport.
• The unit is accessible at the back of the property, then down the stairs.
• The living room features a roomy living area with a flat-screen TV, nap-worthy sofas, and windows that fill the space with natural light. There is room here for everyone to lounge together. We included a foosball table so our guests can have a good time while hanging out in the living area.
• With three bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, and 1 bunk bed which includes 1 full and 1 twin) and 1 full bath, there’s space to comfortably accommodate 7 people.
• The kitchen is fully equipped, with all of the appliances and amenities you’d find at home, including a coffee maker and a double-door fridge with plenty of room for your vacation groceries. The dining area features a 7-person dining table—perfect for your small group feasts.
• If you are working while on vacation this place is perfect for you. It has an office desk.
• It also has a laundry room for your convenience.

• With the Safely Protection Policy, you're covered for up to $5,000 for any damage to the property or its contents, as long as it's reported to us before you check out. This coverage is automatically included in your rental rate, so there's no need to worry about additional costs.
• Please keep in mind that any damage not reported before checking out may result in charges to you as the guest. Additionally, if there's a deductible, minimum claim amount, or repair costs exceeding the coverage limits, you'll be responsible for those expenses. Don't worry though, we'll handle the payment process using the form of payment on file for you.
