Damage Waiver Disclaimer:

I. AGREEMENT

• Waivo has assumed responsibility for damages up to $2,500 and waives your security deposit.
• Waivo is responsible for theft or direct damage to property as a result of your acts or omissions.
• Waiver does not negate your responsibilities as a renter.

II. EXCLUSIONS

• Security Deposit Waiver will not pay for damages from acts of God, prior damage, theft without valid police report, loss of use, infestation, damage to motorized vehicle, fine art, collectibles, or sets of items.
• Will not pay for damage or theft of your property.
• Will not pay for certain costs associated with damage.

III. CONDITIONS

• Waivo has authority to determine damages, necessary repairs, and eligibility for waiver.
• Waiver effective for one-time stay up to 90 days.
• Must report theft or damage within 14 days of departure.
• Waivo will not respond to damage or theft under $50.

IV. DEFINITIONS

• You, or Your, is the renter of the vacation rental property and includes family members or guests during your stay.
