Damage Waiver Disclaimer:

I. AGREEMENT

• Waivo has assumed responsibility for damages up to $2,500 and waives your security deposit.
• Waivo is responsible for theft or direct damage to property as a result of your acts or omissions.
• This waiver does not negate your responsibilities as a renter.

II. EXCLUSIONS

• Security Deposit Waiver will not pay for damages resulting from acts of God, prior damage, theft without a valid police report, loss of use, infestation, damage to a motorized vehicle, fine art, collectibles, or sets of items.
• Waiver will not pay for damage or theft of property owned by you.
• Waiver will not pay for certain costs associated with maintenance or mechanical breakdown.

III. CONDITIONS

• Waivo has sole authority to determine damages and eligibility for the waiver.
• Waiver will pay for excessive cleaning as a result of damage.
• Effective for a one-time stay of up to 90 days.
• Damage must be reported within 14 days of departure.
• Waivo will not respond to damage or theft under $50.

IV. DEFINITIONS

• You, or Your, is the renter of the vacation rental property and includes the renter’s spouse, children, and any other person invited during the stay.
