Things to know:

1. One-time payment FOB charge of $30 (a key is given to you. If lost, report it to the front desk)

4. Package reception is $7.
5. A laundry card will be left inside the apartment. In case it is lost, you can buy a replacement directly at the front desk, where you can also recharge it.
6. Early check-in and late check-out if available can be provided at extra cost.
7. A Refundable Damage Deposit fee of $200 will be held from your credit card at check-in. This will be refunded after check-out if no damage claim is made.
