Seaside Serenity-Pool, Fire pit, Beachfront Massive Ocean Deck

Enjoy breathtaking views of your private beach access from the Seaside Serenity Beach House. Featuring a pool and a sunrise deck, you will have views galore. Enjoy watching the grandkids or kids play on the beach, see a rocket launch, or get some hydrotherapy poolside.

There are two houses on the property, both included in your rental. The main house has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a full kitchen, 2 dining areas, and a massive living room. The guesthouse has 2 more bedrooms, 2 full baths, a giant living room, a kitchen, and a breakfast nook. Both units have laundry facilities.

The house has been designed with exquisite beach furnishings so that you can enjoy comfort and style while relaxing in your private oasis. It is fully equipped with wifi, books, towels, linens, and everything you need. Just bring your suitcase and bathing suit. The pool can be heated for an additional charge (please see additional notes on pool heating). You have private beach access, so walk out the backyard and put your toes in the sand while enjoying sunny Florida.

We have put our heart and soul into this home and enjoy sharing it with others who, like us, want to come to the beach and have fun.

Additional things we want to share:

• This is our family beach home and is one of the few homes this size on the beach with a pool.
• However, it's a house, not a hotel, and at times things may happen. We cannot predict when something may break, but we do respond promptly if there is an issue.
• Our cleaners are paid a living wage, but this is a home on the beach, which means all the sweeping and mopping in the world cannot prevent sand from sneaking in.
• The pool is not covered, so if you check in after a windy day, there may be leaves and sand in the pool. The pool is ALWAYS cleaned weekly and safe to swim in, and usually looks great. If there are leaves, grab the pool net and sweep them out. We simply do not have anyone on call after every wind storm, so if having to do that would upset you, then we may not be the right fit.
• At the end of the day, we do this because it's supposed to be fun, and we want you to enjoy a great vacation. We welcome fun, laid-back guests looking to have a good time. If you want to stay at a cool house in a great location and enjoy Daytona with a happy heart, we'd love to host you!

The pool has a heater and can be heated for $200/day (sorry, but this is what it costs us for propane, so not negotiable). Pool heaters are notorious for having issues, so if the pool is unable to be heated, we would not charge you. Guests attempting to access the pool heater without paying for pool heating will be asked to leave the property. Please let us know if you want the pool heated, as messing with the controls ruins the heater.

The owner keeps private vehicles in the garage, so the garage is not available for rental.

Damage Waiver Disclaimer:

I. AGREEMENT
On behalf of Salty Dog Vacations, LLC, the party authorized to rent the vacation rental property and the owner of the vacation rental property, Waivo has assumed the responsibility for damages as outlined below and waives Your security deposit up to $2,500, the waiver limit purchased by You, the renter, for your stay at the vacation rental property.
Waivo is hereby responsible for theft or direct damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of Your acts or omissions. Waivo will pay the lesser of the cost of repairs or the cost to replace the property up to $2,500. This waiver does not negate your responsibilities as a renter for items outside of Waivo’s responsibilities.
This is not an agreement to provide insurance. You are buying a waiver of the security deposit otherwise due as part of Your vacation rental property lease agreement.

II. EXCLUSIONS
This Security Deposit Waiver will not pay for damages or theft resulting from:

1. Acts of God
2. Prior damage, cosmetic damage, or normal wear and tear
3. Theft without a valid police report if over $250
4. Loss of use of the vacation rental property
5. Rodent, termite, infestation, or wild animal
6. Damage to a motorized vehicle
7. Fine art, collectibles, or sets of items
   This Waiver will not pay for damage or theft of property owned by You.
   This Waiver will not pay for costs associated with odor, debris removal, backups of sewers and drains, landscaping, marring, maintenance, or mechanical breakdown.

III. CONDITIONS
Waivo has the sole authority to determine the nature and extent of damages, necessary repairs, and eligibility for the waiver, and shall exercise that authority in a reasonable manner.
Waivo reserves the right to determine if damage is eligible for reimbursement at actual cash value.
This Waiver will pay for excessive cleaning, as a direct result of damage, over and above the normal cleaning fee. An irreparable stain or spillage is considered damage.
This Waiver is only effective for a one-time single continuous stay, of up to 90 days, for which You purchased the Waiver. It takes effect when You occupy the vacation rental property and terminates when You depart the same vacation rental property.
This Waiver is only effective if any theft or damage is reported to Waivo by You, the property manager, the online travel agent, or the owner of the vacation rental property within 14 days of Your departure from the vacation rental property.
Waivo will not respond to damage or theft under $50 US dollars.
If there is a dispute related to these terms, mediation is required before any party may file litigation. In the event of litigation, all parties waive the right to a jury trial.

IV. DEFINITIONS
You, or Your, is the renter of the vacation rental property and includes the renter’s spouse, children, and any other person the renter invited onto the vacation rental property during your stay at the vacation rental property.
