Beautiful apart close to beach & shops w/parking

Incredible remodeled chic house, located on the ground floor, with access to the canal, beautiful view, and excellent location near beach.

You will love this place, located in a quiet neighborhood and with a great location walking distance of the beach.
The apartment has all the basics for your stay, with a full kitchen, plenty of storage space, and a nice patio with access to the canal.
Paid Washer&Dryer are shared with other guests and it's located in a common area of the house. It has a cost of $1.75 for Washer and a $1.75 for Dryer.

The pier is no longer under construction, therefore the backyard can be used by our guests.
Also, mooring the boat at our pier has a cost of $50 per day.

• Early check-in and late check-out have an extra charge and should be scheduled in advance.
• A dog is allowed in the unit and has an extra cleaning fee. We accept certain breeds, given the size of the apartment and the canine itself. If it's a service dog, we would like for you to send us a photo of the certificate. We’re sorry to inform you that cats are not accepted
