Beautiful apart close to beach & shops w/parking

Incredible remodeled chic house with access to the canal, beautiful view, and excellent location near the beach.

You will love this place, located in a quiet neighborhood and with a great location walking distance from the beach. The apartment has all the basics for your stay, including a full kitchen, plenty of storage space, and a nice patio with access to the canal.

Paid Washer&Dryer are shared with other guests and are located in a common area of the house. The cost is $1.75 for the washer and $1.75 for the dryer.

The pier is no longer under construction, so the backyard can be used by our guests. Additionally, mooring a boat at our pier has a cost of $50 per day.

• Early check-in and late check-out have an extra charge and should be scheduled in advance.
• Dogs are allowed in the unit but have an extra cleaning fee. We accept certain breeds, taking into consideration the size of the apartment and the dog itself. If it's a service dog, please send us a photo of the certificate.
