• The pier is no longer under construction, therefore the backyard can be used by our guests.
• Also, mooring the boat at our pier has a cost of $50 per day.

The apartment has all the basics for your stay, including:

• Plenty of storage space
• A nice patio with access to the canal.

Paid Washer&Dryer are shared with other guests and are located in a common area of the house. It has a cost of $1.75 for Washer and $1.75 for Dryer.

• A dog is allowed in the unit and has an extra cleaning fee. We accept certain breeds, considering the size of the apartment and the canine itself. If it's a service dog, we would like for you to send us a photo of the certificate.
• Early check-in and late check-out have an extra charge and should be scheduled in advance.
