• A dog is allowed in the unit and has an extra cleaning fee. We accept certain breeds, given the size of the apartment and the canine itself. If it's a service dog, we would like for you to send us a photo of the certificate.
• The washer and dryer are available at the property at an extra charge.

I'm always available through Airbnb or by phone if needed.

• The kitchen is equipped with the basics to cook.
• All rooms have 1 Smart TV, not cable. You will need to use your accounts for Netflix, etc.
• A Sofa bed in the living room + queen bed in the bedroom (please let us know so we can prepare it for you).
