• A dog is allowed in the unit and has an extra cleaning fee.

• We accept certain breeds, given the size of the apartment and the canine itself.

• If it's a service dog, we would like for you to send us a photo of the certificate.

• The washer and dryer are available at the property at an extra charge.

I'm always available through Airbnb or by phone if needed.

The kitchen is equipped with the basics to cook.

• All rooms have 1 Smart TV, not cable.

• You will need to use your accounts for Netflix, etc.

• A Sofa bed in the living room + queen bed in the bedroom (please let us know so we can prepare it for you).

• Smart lock - Instructions will be sent by message.
