Parking:

• 1-7 days: $35 per day
• 8 days and on: $30 per day

Resort Fee: $40 per day / per apartment.
Every Non-Registered Guest is $50 Daily.

Also, a refundable deposit hold of $250 USD must be paid upon arrival.

House Rules:

• No pets are allowed in the unit.
• Smoking is not allowed ($200 fee)
• No parties or events allowed.
• Any damages done to the apartment will be charged to the tenant.
• Early check-in and late check-out if available can be provided at extra cost.
