This guest verification form includes uploading a government ID, taking a selfie, and signing a short-term rental agreement.

• Fires only in the fire pit, and only when no Rich County fire restriction is in effect.
• Water activities are at your own risk.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking, parties, and events are not permitted.
