Fall is hunting season around Capitol Reef. Utah's general-season muzzleloader elk hunt runs Oct 28-Nov 5, making this a comfortable base after a day in the field. Crisp days, quiet trails, and dark, starry skies also make it a great time to explore Capitol Reef National Park.
ACCESS
Your cabin is fully private, with its own exterior entrance, bathroom, sleeping space, Roku TV and dedicated heating and cooling.
Outdoor amenities are shared with guests in the other cabins and suites: the shared year-round hot tub, fire pit, lighted sport court, playground and patio with grill and Blackstone.
The lodge interior isn't included, so there's no access to the commercial kitchen, dining hall, game room, laundry room or indoor gathering areas. Parking on site fits vehicles, trailers and outdoor gear, and fast WiFi covers the property. EV charging: a NEMA 14-50 outlet is available on the electrical panel in the middle of the side parking area. Charging is a paid add-on, not included in your nightly rate. Please add the EV charging upsell in your guest portal before plugging in.
