The Space

Welcome "home"! Step into this beautiful home and be prepared to unwind, enjoy relaxing, connecting, and making memories as a group!

As you walk through the front door, you will be entering into the first living room/dining area. Kick back and relax on the power reclining sofas or break out the games to kick start your getaway right!

From the dining area, make a right into the kitchen, and you'll enjoy a well-equipped space ready for you to prepare a family meal. Utilize the kitchen amenities such as the pantry, garbage disposal and brand-new appliances. Start your morning off right with one the 2 coffee makers provided.

Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms ready for you. 1 king suite, 2 queen rooms and 1 trundle bedroom. Each room is equipped with luggage racks, touch lamps with USB ports, 43-inch smart TVS, sound machines (except bunk room) and ceiling fans. You will also find 1 full guest bathroom and 1 full master bathroom.

Downstairs, you will find 1 bedroom, 1 full bath and the laundry room; which also features brand new machines. The downstairs area is your access to both the front and back of the house.

Now for the fun stuff! Take a step outside and enjoy the heated pool and backyard that boasts a 3-hole putting green, loungers, BBQ grill, outdoor fire pit and plenty of seating for everyone! Large beach towels are provided. You will also see a deck box, with life jackets, putters and golf balls. Spend the evening with a night swim or fire in the designated fire pit. Cornhole boards available, in the downstairs closet. Arizona sunsets are not ones to forget! Please note, the pool area is shaded by two large trees. Also, road noise can be heard from the backyard.

Regular scheduled PEST (yes, AZ has a lot of them), POOL and YARD maintenance.

Please be advised that this is a desert area! Spiders, bugs, scorpions and other creepy crawlers naturally inhabit these areas. We do treat on a regular schedule to prevent as much as possible.

Please note we are NEAR Val Vista, so ROAD NOISE CAN BE HEARD FOR THE STREET.

For the safety and security of our guests and property, two exterior security cameras are located at the front of the home: one positioned at the front of the garage and one at the front-left exterior of the house. These cameras are on at all times and record video and audio from the exterior areas they monitor.

We also have a Blink doorbell camera at the front door, which is used for security purposes and may record video and audio at the front-door area.

There are no security cameras or recording devices inside the home or in any private guest areas.

For additional pool safety, the downstairs sliding door has a lock to help prevent unwanted access to the pool area.

Enjoy the whole house! The garage is the only area unavailable to guests.

Please note the home in a corner lot located near Val Vista. Road noise CAN be heard from outside area.

If guests need help at any time during their stay the fastest way to get in touch with host is via Airbnb portal messaging.

Other Things to Note

• The outdoor deck box has putter and balls for the putting green and games are upstairs in the hallway cabinet.
• Cornhole boards are located in the downstairs closet.
• POOL maintenance is on Fridays. Our pool tech will be there at some point to service the pool. If you are using the pool, he will kindly give you directions on what to do after use.
• YARD maintenance is every other Thursday. Our landscaper will be there on at some point that day to clean up the yard.
• Pest control is every 3 months and varies.
• We have window locks on ALL upstairs windows for added safety.
• We also have a lock on the sliding door downstairs, to prevent unwanted access/safety to the pool. Safety signs are posted, please read and respect them. There is no lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk. Children are not allowed around the pool without adult supervision.
• Please consider before renting! The home is located on Val Vista, which is a main road. Road noise CAN and WILL be heard.
• Garbage pick-up is Monday morning. A designated garbage company representative will take the garbage receptacles to the curb on Sunday and return them back behind the house on Monday.
