Things to know:

• One-time payment FOB charge of $30 per apartment.
• Pets are not allowed in the unit.
• Valet Parking: $100 during a week, $125 USD for 2 weeks, $150 for 3 weeks, $150 for a month.
• There's no package reception.

The apartment is equipped with beach chairs and an umbrella.

The full names of all tenants must be registered at the front desk before entering. After check-in at the front desk, the guest will be given a smart lock code and fobs.

If a fob is lost, the replacement will be an extra $100 per fob.

It is important to understand that, as the host, we will provide essential items for your stay, with extras kept in cabinets. Afterward, you must personally supply your own needs for the remainder of the reservation.
