🕒 EARLY CHECK-IN DETAILS:

Standard check-in begins at 4:00 PM Central. Early check-in cannot be guaranteed or approved in advance. If the property becomes available early, we’ll contact you and may offer access before 4:00 PM for a $40 fee. If you need guaranteed access earlier in the day- consider adding the previous night to your reservation, if available.

• PARKING: Parking is paid separately after booking and is not included in the reservation total. Parking passes are $25 each.
• VEHICLE LIMIT: Guests may purchase up to 2 parking passes, except during the following periods when each unit is limited to 1 vehicle:
  • May 21–25
  • June 13–July 27
  • September 3–7
  • October through the Sunday of Schooners Lobster Festival, if held
• PASSES & WRISTBANDS: Parking passes and wristbands purchased for your stay will be left inside the condo.
• WRISTBANDS: There is a $25 charge for each lost wristband. If a wristband breaks, let us know and we’ll exchange it at no charge.
• MINIMUM AGE: Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
• INITIAL SUPPLIES: Starter essentials include dishwasher detergent, one paper towel roll, travel-size bath amenities, and two toilet paper rolls per bathroom.
• SELF CHECK-IN: This condo uses keyless self check-in, so no physical key pickup is required. Your door code and complete arrival instructions will be sent by 4:00 PM Central on your arrival day. Please plan to arrive at 4:00 PM or later.
