Gather beside the stone fireplace, prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen or relax around the large kitchen island after a day of exploring Truckee and Donner Lake.

Multiple indoor and outdoor living spaces give guests plenty of room to connect and unwind. Furnished decks offer a peaceful place to enjoy the mountain setting, while the private hot tub provides the perfect way to end a day on the lake or slopes.

The home’s oversized fourth bedroom occupies the top floor and functions as a studio-style suite. In addition to its sleeping area, it features a couch, small dining table, compact kitchenette, mini refrigerator, and dedicated workspace with a desk, chair and printer. This flexible space is ideal for grandparents, a couple seeking additional room or guests who need to work during their stay. The suite is located within the main home and is not a separate apartment.

During the warmer months, enjoy nearby access to Donner Lake and use of the provided kayak, subject to seasonal and weather conditions. In winter, the home offers a comfortable base for exploring the Truckee-Tahoe region’s ski resorts and snowy trails.

Historic Downtown Truckee’s restaurants, cafés and locally owned shops are also just a short drive away.

This spacious, multi-level home features four bedrooms, multiple updated bathrooms, several gathering areas and furnished outdoor decks.

The main living area features vaulted ceilings, expansive windows, Donner Lake views and a stone fireplace. The open kitchen is fully equipped and includes a large island for preparing meals and gathering together.

The oversized fourth bedroom is located on the top floor. Designed as a studio-style bedroom suite, it includes a sleeping area, couch, small dining table, compact kitchenette, mini refrigerator, desk, chair and printer. It remains part of the main residence and is accessed by stairs.

Outside, guests can relax on the furnished decks or enjoy the private hot tub surrounded by the peaceful mountain setting.

Guests have private access to the entire four-bedroom home, including the top-floor bedroom suite, furnished decks, private hot tub and designated parking areas.

Guests may also use the provided kayak and nearby lake-access area. Detailed arrival, parking, lake-access and kayak instructions will be provided before check-in.

The home is located near Donner Lake in Truckee, surrounded by towering pines, mountain scenery and year-round recreation.

During the warmer months, enjoy swimming, kayaking, hiking and biking. In winter, explore the Truckee-Tahoe region’s ski resorts, sledding areas and snowy trails. Historic Downtown Truckee’s restaurants, cafés and locally owned shops are a short drive away.

The home is located in a peaceful residential mountain neighborhood. Guests are expected to respect the surrounding community and observe all quiet hours.

A vehicle is recommended for reaching the home and exploring Donner Lake, Truckee and the surrounding ski areas.

Mountain weather can change quickly. Winter guests should review current road conditions and comply with all chain and traction requirements.

• This is a multi-level home with several flights of stairs and may not be appropriate for guests with limited mobility.
• The top-floor studio-style suite is the home’s fourth bedroom. It is located within the main residence and is not a separate apartment.
• Lake access is separate from the house, and the property is not directly on the shoreline. Canoe use is subject to weather and seasonal conditions.
• Children must be supervised around the hot tub, decks, stairs, fireplace and lake. Parties, events and disruptive outdoor noise are not permitted. All guests must follow Town of Truckee's rules for STRs including maximum occupancy for this property and parking rules.
