🕒 EARLY CHECK-IN DETAILS:

Standard check-in begins at 4:00 PM Central. Early check-in cannot be guaranteed or approved in advance. If the property becomes available early, we’ll contact you and may offer access before 4:00 PM for a $40 fee. If you need guaranteed access earlier in the day- consider adding the previous night to your reservation, if available.

• ✔️ Reservation holder must be at least 25 years old and must remain on the property for the duration of the stay.
• ✔️ MONTHLY STAYS – Contact us for long-term rates for Snowbirds, travel nurses, and extended stays during the Fall and Winter seasons.
• ✔️ Parking available for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway (no street parking)

• ✔️ No smoking or vaping inside the home
• ✔️ Please observe Bay County quiet hours from 10:00 PM–7:00 AM to respect neighbors and the surrounding community
