This spacious, open-concept 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is designed for comfort and relaxation, featuring inviting beach-themed decor and a clean, refreshing atmosphere. You'll find elevated ocean views throughout, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests.

The living area is bathed in natural light, offering comfortable seating and a 40” Smart TV for your entertainment.

Kitchenette:
The fully equipped kitchenette boasts brand new modern appliances, sleek granite countertops, a 2-burner stovetop, microwave, drip coffee maker, and toaster, along with all essential cookware.

Dining Area:
Enjoy meals at the 4-person dining table, perfectly positioned to capture stunning ocean views. The main bedroom provides a restful haven with two queen-sized beds, a Flat Screen TV with Premium Cable, and spacious closets.

Bathroom:
A full bathroom completes your private living space. Step out onto your private balcony to savor direct oceanfront views overlooking the resort pools and the beautiful North Myrtle Beach coastline.

Rental Agreement & Damage Protection:
To help protect both our guests and property owners, we use the secure CHARGEautomation platform to complete the required rental agreement and damage protection process. Within 1 hour of booking, guests are asked to complete the agreement by paying the mandatory, non-refundable $35 Damage Waiver Fee. This provides up to $1,000 in accidental damage, helping ensure a smoother and more worry-free stay for everyone.

As our guest, you will have full and exclusive access to the entire 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo. Beyond your private sanctuary, immerse yourself in the resort's extensive amenities, perfect for a memorable beach vacation.

For your convenience, on-site laundry facilities with washers and dryers are located on the P-Level.

The on-site restaurant, arcade, and fitness center are exclusively for owners and are not accessible to guests. The front desk is not associated with your stay. Pool towels are not provided by the resort.
