THE CONDO
Welcome to Lauren’s Cove, a clean, beach-themed oceanfront retreat with an open-concept layout, bright natural light, and elevated coastline views. The condo comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests in the main bedroom, which has two queen beds, a flat-screen TV with premium cable, spacious closets, and room-darkening shades.

The living area has comfortable seating and a 40-inch smart HDTV with Roku and streaming options. Gather for meals at the four-person dining table, positioned for ocean views, or step onto the private balcony overlooking the resort pools and North Myrtle Beach shoreline.

The kitchenette is equipped for simple meals, with sleek granite countertops, a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, electric two-burner stovetop, drip coffee maker, toaster, cookware, baking sheet, dishes, and silverware. Please note that there is no full oven.

The full bathroom includes a bathtub and provides a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, hot water, and essentials. Central air conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi, extra pillows and blankets, an iron, and reading material add to your comfort.

Rental Agreement & Damage Protection:
To help protect both our guests and property owners, we use the secure CHARGEautomation platform to complete the required rental agreement and damage protection process. Within 1 hour of booking, guests are asked to complete the agreement by paying the mandatory, non-refundable $35 Damage Waiver Fee. This provides up to $1,000 in accidental damage, helping ensure a smoother and more worry-free stay for everyone.

You will have full, exclusive access to the entire 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo, including its private entrance and oceanfront balcony.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
Complimentary Wi-Fi and cable are provided. The unit is professionally cleaned and sanitized between stays, and a starter supply of kitchen towels, toilet paper, and trash bags is provided to help you settle in.

Paid, coin-operated washers and dryers are available in the building on the P-Level. Pool towels are not provided by the resort. Beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided, but may be rented seasonally from lifeguards on the beach.

The on-site restaurant, arcade, fitness center, and front desk are not associated with your stay; the restaurant, arcade, and fitness center are for owners only. Extended stays are welcome, with weekly and monthly discounts available.

Note: We provide 2 reusable kitchen towels and do not provide paper towels.

OFFSEASON CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: During the offseason (after Labor Day through before Memorial Day), the resorts throughout the region may perform maintenance, renovations, or construction. Guests should expect the possibility of construction noise during daytime hours. Offseason rates are reduced accordingly and already reflect the potential for these activities.
