This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo sleeps up to 6 guests with a king bed in the primary bedroom, two full-size beds in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Whether you’re planning a beach weekend, a family getaway, or a relaxing coastal stay, this condo gives you an easy home base just steps from the sand.

Start your mornings with coffee, salty air, and a walk on the beach. Spend the afternoon by the pool, head back inside for a cool break, then wind down in the living room after a sun-filled day. Since the condo is on the first floor, beach and pool days are simple, with no long elevator shuffle when you’re carrying towels, chairs, or sandy flip-flops.

Guests can enjoy access to The Van Lee community amenities, including the pool, library, exercise room, and party room. Please note that party room use may require an additional charge through The Van Lee office manager.
